Roshan Invest – Halaal Investment & Staking Program
These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and participation in the Halaal Investment & Staking Program (“Program”) offered by Roshan Invest (“we”, “us”, or “the Company”). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all of the terms outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree, in whole or in part, to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately discontinue use of the Program.
Introduction
1.1 Roshan Invest operates as a private entity providing opportunities for individuals to contribute funds which are invested into Shariah-compliant business ventures or projects.
1.2 This investment model is based on fixed profit sharing and aims to offer a faith-conscious, ethical approach to passive income generation.
1.3 This document outlines the rules, disclaimers, obligations, rights, and risks associated with participating in the Program. It is your responsibility to review and comply with these terms at all times.
Nature of Investment and Returns
2.1 Funds contributed by participants are invested into commercial, entrepreneurial, or other operational ventures selected solely by Roshan Invest.
2.2 Participants may be entitled to receive fixed profits as a return on their investment. The rate of profit and frequency of distribution shall be determined and disclosed solely by Roshan Invest and may vary depending on the performance of the business operations.
2.3 No ownership, voting rights, or equity in the Company or its associated businesses is granted to the participant through this investment.
2.4 The fixed profits are not guaranteed by law or by any financial institution. They are calculated based on the overall performance of the business, market conditions, and other internal factors.
No Guarantees, Refunds, or Claims
3.1 Roshan Invest provides no guarantee of capital preservation, principal refund, or profit distribution. The risk of financial loss lies solely with the participant.
3.2 By participating in the Program, you expressly waive any legal right to demand refunds, lodge claims, or seek reparations of any kind from Roshan Invest, its directors, team members, associates, or affiliates.
3.3 The Company will not be held liable for losses incurred due to business failure, economic downturns, government policies, currency fluctuations, or other force majeure events.
3.4 You acknowledge and accept that the entire amount invested may be lost, and you agree not to hold Roshan Invest legally or financially responsible under any circumstances.
Company Rights and Operational Closure
4.1 Roshan Invest retains the full and unrestricted right to discontinue operations, cease the Program, or dissolve the Company at any time, without prior notification or justification.
4.2 In the event of closure, Roshan Invest shall not be liable to return any invested capital or pending profits, and no further obligations shall be owed to the participants.
4.3 The decision to dissolve or close the Program is at the sole discretion of the Company and is non-negotiable.
Account Registration and KYC Requirements
5.1 Participants must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process by submitting valid legal identification documents. These may include:
CNIC or SNIC
Passport (if applicable)
Proof of address
Recent photograph
5.2 The Company reserves the right to reject any KYC submission that is forged, illegible, expired, or otherwise suspicious.
5.3 Incomplete or invalid KYC may result in suspension or termination of your account without prior notice.
5.4 All submitted data must be accurate and up to date. It is the participant’s responsibility to inform Roshan Invest of any changes in documentation or contact information.
Account Usage and Prohibited Behavior
6.1 Each participant is granted access to a personal account to monitor profits, investments, and updates. Account access must be secured by the participant.
6.2 Any attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, backdoors, or loopholes in the system is strictly prohibited. Roshan Invest monitors all accounts for suspicious behavior.
6.3 Use of automation tools, scripts, fraudulent referral practices, or any form of manipulation will result in permanent account termination and possible legal action.
6.4 Upon termination, any active or pending investments and profits may be forfeited at the Company’s discretion. No appeals or refund claims shall be entertained.
Confidentiality and Data Privacy
7.1 All personal information shared with Roshan Invest is treated as confidential and will only be used for identity verification, compliance, and internal purposes.
7.2 We will not sell, trade, or disclose your personal data to third parties except as required by law or regulatory authority.
7.3 By participating, you consent to the collection and processing of your data for compliance and communication purposes.
Financial and Legal Disclaimers
8.1 Roshan Invest is not a licensed bank, insurance company, or investment advisory firm. Participation in this Program is voluntary and private.
8.2 Nothing in this Agreement should be construed as a solicitation to invest under any regulated financial body or scheme.
8.3 Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, declarations, or disclosures in their jurisdiction.
8.4 The Program is not designed for high-risk speculative investing or short-term gains. Participation should be based on informed decision-making and faith-based financial ethics.
Limitation of Liability
9.1 Under no circumstances shall Roshan Invest, its directors, employees, affiliates, or partners be held liable for:
Loss of capital
Delayed or missed profit payments
Technical errors or system outages
Account suspension or termination
9.2 Participation in the Program constitutes full acceptance of the inherent risks, and Roshan Invest shall not entertain any claims or disputes related to loss or dissatisfaction.
Amendments to Terms
10.1 Roshan Invest reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time.
10.2 Changes will be published on our official communication channels, and it is the responsibility of participants to stay informed.
10.3 Continued participation after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
11.1 This Agreement and any related matters shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
11.2 All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City], Pakistan.
Bonus, Deposit, and Withdrawal Conditions
12.1 Any bonus (including signup bonuses) provided by Roshan Invest is non-withdrawable directly and is intended solely for investment use within the Program.
12.2 Signup bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be sent to other users or external wallets. They may only be used to initiate an investment plan as permitted by the Company.
12.3 If you deposit funds into your account, you are required to invest the full deposited amount in a minimum 7-day plan before being eligible for any withdrawals.
12.4 Uninvested deposit balances are not eligible for withdrawal. You must activate at least one investment plan with your deposited funds to qualify for a withdrawal request.
12.5 Attempting to bypass or exploit these conditions through multiple accounts, fake referrals, or system manipulation will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any bonuses or pending withdrawals.

By joining the Roshan Invest Program, you confirm that:
You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions
You accept all risks, limitations, and responsibilities outlined
You agree to comply with all rules and KYC requirements
You release Roshan Invest from any liability associated with financial losses or termination of your account
